The Black Friday Sale runs from Sunday 9 November, 5pm AEST until Sunday 1 December, 5pm AEST.

2. Discounts & Offers

All discounts are already applied to item unless otherwise stated. Offers cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions, including 10 % OFF welcome codes.

3. Gift With Purchase (Free Snug Headband)

Free matching headband available with all Snug Robe orders during the sale, while stocks last. If your preferred colour sells out, a similar or alternate colour may be substituted at Chillé’s discretion.

Headband should automatically be added to your cart at checkout.

If the headband isn't in your cart, remove and re-add Snug robe to cart to tigger free gift.

4. Final Sale Items

Products marked as Final Sale or purchased from the Final Sale/Clearance collection are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit unless deemed faulty.

5. Returns Policy

All other sale purchases are eligible for store credit only. No refunds or exchanges will be provided unless an item is faulty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

6. Dispatch & Delivery

Please allow 7–10 business days for dispatch during the sale period due to high order volumes. Standard shipping thresholds apply — Free Standard Shipping on Australian orders over $200.

7. Product Availability

Stock is limited and may sell out quickly. Adding items to your cart does not guarantee availability until checkout is complete.

8. Pricing Adjustments

Chillé does not offer price adjustments for purchases made before or after the sale period.
